He answered all my questions and shared information about the vehicle I was interested in. On the day of the purchase I was still unsure exactly which vehicle I wanted and again, the he already had options available for me to look at. He was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He did everything in his power to make sure I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and the monthly payment I was adamant about. He was unaware that it was not in the glove compartment. Also I expected some written info on the 2 year road side assistance. I did find info on line, but a brochure on what is covered, etc. would have been nice. The 3 year maintenance and 2 year road side assistance are actually 34 months and 22 months respectively. This may be because I bought a 2017 Camry in 2018, but that should have been stated up front. The sticker said I would get a full tank of gas. I only got half a tank. I didn't realize the discrepancy till later. Chris worked me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently in our first meeting. My wife had to come in the next day to sign papers and that took longer than expected. We had made an appointment, but Chris had another customer to deal with ahead of us. I was a little perturbed. Overall a good experience. More
