Halleen Kia shatters the stereotype of dealerships For the last few weeks, I have been looking for a vehicle to lease. Due to a recent experience at another "big name" dealership, I was distraught beca For the last few weeks, I have been looking for a vehicle to lease. Due to a recent experience at another "big name" dealership, I was distraught because a finance manager for their business treated me with such blatant disrespect and had me believed I could never get a car leased. Still, I was determined to find a dealership who could work with me to get the best deal possible on a lease I could afford. Yesterday, I found such a dealership in Halleen Kia. Michael Seale Jr, a salesmen, was the first to greet me. I told him what I wanted and we went over all the options. He was a pleasant and enjoyable person to talk to and I never felt pressured into anything. He was professional and courteous all the way and that was such a refreshing thing. He is an honest man He, along with finance manager Charles Scott, worked diligently to get me approved for a 2016 Kia Optima. Initially, I wasn't, but Charles made a suggestion to have someone co-sign. He addressed everything with compassion and respect. Unlike the other finance manager at the other dealership, Charles had the decency to shake my hand and hoped we could do business. He didn't try to discard me like the other place. So a day later, which is today, I brought my co-signer in, we did all the paperwork and I was approved. I told Michael and Charles how much their kindness and respect meant to me and they did a wonderful thing by paying that kindness forward. Michael and Charles are honest men with integrity They took care of me and because of that, I am eager to continue my relationship with the Halleen dealership family.
