My experience started with a phone call late on a Sunday afternoon just to get some basic information. I had called a few different dealerships and no one wants to give customer service over the phone,they afternoon just to get some basic information. I spoke with Mandy and she was able and willing to answer all of my questions right then and there. She followed up with me as promised and made my visit to the showroom the next day a comfortable one. She introduced us to Matt our salesman and he was prepared for our visit. He already knew our price range and had cars ready for us to view. Our trade in car was 18 years old, and yes we had a few good laughs about the gadgets in the models we test drove. Matt was patient and explained everything, even helped with set up the blue tooth with us. While waiting for the car to be detailed we had a few minutes to speak with the other salesmen there, also very nice. They all made us very comfortable from the first phone call, the first foot in the door til the last step to our new car. I will refer all my friends and family to Matt, Mandy and Halleen Kia ! More

Matt was very friendly so I was comfortable, being older sometimes that doesn't happen. He was very helpful in showing me the different cars I was interested in and choosing the best for the price. Arnaldo went above and beyond to help me secure my new vehicle. When Halleen didn't have exactly what I wanted, Arnaldo contacted another dealership-in Pennsylvania-to find my new truck.
