The overall experience was wonderful! We came to Halleen with my Mom, who is 81 years old and needed a new car, we planned to talk with the salesman we had, Tom Fowler and give her the $1000.00 off we recei with my Mom, who is 81 years old and needed a new car, we planned to talk with the salesman we had, Tom Fowler and give her the $1000.00 off we received when we bought our Soul last year. Charles met us at the door and let us know that Tom no longer worked there and that we would like to help us. He was very friendly and we all found we had a lot in common, especially that his first name was the same as my late father's name, which made my Mom feel good! Charles worked hard to get Mom the price she could afford and still be able to leave that night with a car. We did have one glitch, the computer came up with monthly payment prices that were not correct for a purchase, apparently the prices were more in line with a lease, quite a lot lower then they should have been. Mom was thrilled about the price, but then Charles came back over and had to tell us that the prices were wrong and you could tell he just felt horrible, but there was nothing he could do, he couldn't get us those prices, and Mom agreed to the correct monthly payment. But Charles did get Mom more for her trade-in to help things out. He was very apologetic and sweet! He is my new salesman at Halleen for sure! More
