I would like to thank Nilda Miller for her initial help with getting my financing approved. When I came in on Saturday (1/14/12) I had no idea I would be walking out with a brand new Kia. Arnaldo River with getting my financing approved. When I came in on Saturday (1/14/12) I had no idea I would be walking out with a brand new Kia. Arnaldo Rivera was great! At first I was a little discouraged because I didn't have a huge down payment to work with but he didn't give up on me and came back with an offer I couldn't refuse! This is my 2nd vehicle I've purchased from Halleen and they are the only dealer I will ever buy from! More

Called by phone and was very specific about the amount to be put down - the trade in vehicle (it is old - did not sugar coat value)and gave a SPECIFIC amount the monthly payment had to be and no higher. She figured a basic amount and was over by $15 and I said no. She said would talk to Ted Winters. She called back and implied that Ted Winters and her figures were similar and the trade in vehicle should be brought in because maybe would be worth more than the estimated 1000 and we could save more. Again I repeat I was specific about what the monthly payment HAD to be and I did not want to waste my time and theirs if it was a no go. So my daughter and I went put in a snow blizzard only to hear a figure that was $35 over what I said. My rating is based on this I would have been ok if they had just said over phone "sorry cant do" and I would have hung up and that would have been the end of this. Instead I guess they wanted to get a sale so bad they had to be dishonest over the phone to get me there (in a blizzard dno less)and totally waste my time. Why do they think I called up for in the first place. I was honest with them and I deserved to honesty in return. Shame on Halleen More
