Our experience was fantastic! We had been considering a Kia Soul for a little while and had heard Bill Doraty Kia in Medina was giving $5,000.00 off there cars, so we went there after church this past Sund Kia Soul for a little while and had heard Bill Doraty Kia in Medina was giving $5,000.00 off there cars, so we went there after church this past Sunday and found they had very little inventory of new Soul's and they put some kind of anti theft device on their cars and charge an extra couple thousand dollars for it when it really doesn't cost them that much to put it on and then tell you they are giving you the $5000.00 off, when they really aren't because they just pumped up their price! So, we went back home, looked online for other Kia dealers and found Halleen was open until 5pm and I called about 4pm, spoke to Tom Fowler and asked if he would mind if we showed up at 430pm and he said to come on in and ask for him! So we did and he was SUPER nice and accomodating and they had lots of Soul's on the lot and they had my favorite Alien green color with a racing stripe and a moon roof! We worked things up quickly and left with our new Alien Green Soul (now know in the family as the "Green Machine") in no time! The price was right and the financing was easy and Steve was great too! I've been in already this week for my free carwash and donuts and coffee!!!! And I LOVE my Kia Soul!!!! More

Went to the dealership in response to a newspaper ad. I am very happy I ended up talking to Richard. He was straight forward in his responses, made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the transac am very happy I ended up talking to Richard. The only negative, I feel, was the signing of the papers. The offer of multiple "protection plans" and such were not explained to fit my needs. This is mostly due to the fact I had not worked with this person yet and he was not familiar with my situation, as well as his overall attitude and sales strategy. Richard appeared to have adapted to sales styles over the years he's been with the dealership, our financer still holds his "old school" mentality. More
