Only negative, and this is minor, is that when I picked up the new vehicle, the tire pressure monitoring system lights were on; this has to be remedied a couple of days later by a return visit to reprogram the sensors. In fairness, the vehicle had a touch of corrosion on the alloy wheels, and they remedied this by giving me another set off of another vehicle, which apparently is what necessitated the reprogram. By the time they were done swapping the wheels, it was late and the service tech who could do the reprogram was gone for the day. All in all, my most pleasant car purchase ever, new or otherwise. Recommended. More

When I returned to pick up my 2011 Sorento Arnaldo was quite personable and even made my family feel as if they were a part of the buying process. Although I didn't personally meet Quisha she kept me informed from my initial contact with Halleen Kia. I have been so excited with my new SUV this was really a great choice for me. He met my demands to a T, and was soo interested in making me happy, which made my day. He is such a great person and sales associate. I do hope that more sales come his way. It is a shame that salesmen all over the world aren't like him. He was able to make a sale by being himself and being honest. He is by far the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. I have had three cars and have done quite a bit of car shopping. I know exactly what to expect when I meet car salesmen but Russ surprised me because he was out of the ordinary. More
