My wife and I went to Halleen Kia after a very bad experience with Spitzer Kia. We had already looked at several vehicles, including the Kia Sorento and knew that were like it the best. However, based on our experience with Spitzer, we were considering changing which vehicle we wanted. But, we decided to give Halleen Kia a chance before we abandoned the idea of getting a Kia. We needed a vehicle immediately upon moving to the area because we had left ours in Canada prior to our move. Right from the get-go, the staff at Halleen Kia was very helpful and jumped on the chance to help me. After I explained our bad experience, they were even more considerate of taking the appropriate approach. Since my wife had not yet arrived in the Cleveland area, Arnaldo worked with me and was very knowledgeable about my options and gave us options for how we could stay in the price range we wanted. I had done considerable research prior to going to the dealership so I knew approximately where the numbers should fall and Arnaldo and the Sales Manager, Matt, worked hard to help us get there. Before my wife even got in town, we had negotiated what I felt was a very fair price for our lease so when she got there the process of buying it was relatively simple. They even went above and beyond to find us the colors that we wanted, despite the lack of availability in the area. I would highly recommend Halleen Kia to those interested in buying, even if it means driving an extra 20 minutes to avoid a bad experience with other dealerships like Spitzer. More

In spite of the fact that I have less than stellar credit, they never made me feel like I did not deserve to get the car I wanted.
