I had been to other dealerships and they were very pushy and it seemed all they were concerned about was their commission. Gregg talked me into taking the Forte home with me to try out. I drove it for a couple of hours and went back and asked him if I could try the Soul. He then brought a Soul out and we went to get gas and he explained all the features of the Soul. I brought the Soul home on Friday and on Saturday had made up my mind - I loved the Soul. I met again with Gregg who helped work out a price with the manager, Zack, that I could afford. Both of these gentlemen were very down-to-earth and made me feel at ease. That afternoon I signed the papers and drove away with my new Soul which I would like to say I LOVE IT!! My husband and I have dealt with many dealerships for new vehicles but Halleen is by far the best dealership I have dealt with and Gregg the nicest salesman I have had. If you would have told me that I would buy a new Kia two months ago when we started looking for a new car, I would not have believed you for a second. We looked at and test drove lots of different compact SUV's (escape, liberty etc..) before we walked into Halleen Kia. We had remembered seeing an ad for a pretty low lease rate for the sorento on the TV, so we thought we would check the car out. When we got there we found we could get a lot more car for the same money as the compact SUVs we had already looked at. More importantly, the staff at Halleen was friendly, imformative, and not pushy whatsoever. Arnaldo, our salesman, was very enthusiastic and friendly as he explained the different features and option available, and during our test drive he took us on a a test drive that included city, highway, and bumpy country road driving. When we finally decided that the Sorento was the vehicle we wanted, Arnaldo and the finance team walked us through all of our options (buy, lease, lenght of terms, etc) and helped us find the option best for our situation. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Halleen. More

After having a bad experience at a Kia dealership yesterday, I still knew that I wanted to try to buy a Soul. We came to Halleen with the intention of looking at one of two used Souls that were adve yesterday, I still knew that I wanted to try to buy a Soul. We came to Halleen with the intention of looking at one of two used Souls that were advertised online. Mr Corns was so incredible to work with! I felt that he was extremely open and upfront with us every step of the way, and ultimately he was able to offer a remarkable deal on a new '11 Soul that I just couldn't pass it up. I had a friend with me who knows a couple of people who are currently looking at Optima's, and she grabbed a couple of business cards because she was so impressed with Mr Corns' service. I live in TN, but I'll definitely be passing on how wonderful my experience was and would definitely return to Halleen Kia in the future! More

I went through the Costco Auto buying program. The deal could not have been more smooth and simple. The deal was great and everything was timely. Laura was an excellent sales woman who was very helpful and patient with me and my mom as we browsed for a car. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 and not a 5 rating was because I have had to return to the dealership twice to sign and resign paperwork that should have been completed on the first visit (not my fault). This wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't live so far from North Olmstead, but since I do, it has been an inconvenience. If you come to Halleen, ask for Laura to be your saleswoman and when you are finalizing the sale with the finance manager, make sure all paperwork is signed. More
