Poor Customer Service I had several conversations with the employees at Manleys, and I found both men I spoke to rude, short and unfriendly. Granted, I was picking up a new vehicle delivered to your facility from my fleet service, and I understand your company does not profit much from this transaction. That said, based solely on the friendliness of my experience, I would never purchase a vehicle from this facility. Providing a sales 101 class of customer service is in order at this facility. More

World's best dealership! The car they advertised online had only 57000 miles on it. When I got to the dealership they said the mileage was wrong. It had 100000 miles on it and they also told me it had some bumper damage to it. It would have been nice to know this before driving out there. They were going to fix the bumper and detail it before selling it. The car’s engine also had lifter noise to it. I gave them a low offer on the car. After the salesman went to his manager 4 times, not once did they counter offer the price. Not even a penny. All I heard is how they are the #1 Ford dealership in the world and how they have the car is fairly priced for the market. I showed them some cars that were priced cheaper on my cell phone. Again, I heard how they are the #1 Ford dealership in the world and they only sell the best. When I first walked in the dealership I asked if they were flexible with their price. Things got a little heated between me and the salesperson. I hate when people lie. Especially from the #1 Ford dealership in the world! BUYER BEWARE!! More
