Wait three plus weeks and hopefully get your car Waited three weeks for my car. Things were ordered, waiting, etc. When I got the car back it seems my brakes aren’t as tight and sometimes it makes a funny noise changing gears. Nothing impairing, but it worries me. I had a box of coins in the car, spare change for meters and it was not there when I got the car back. One lone dime on the passenger mat was the only survivor. It was in a niche on the console. Glad handing does not make for better service. More
Really Great Service! I brought my Mazda in for an issue that I called a sticky accelerator. Service couldn't replicate the problem even after running the car through all I brought my Mazda in for an issue that I called a sticky accelerator. Service couldn't replicate the problem even after running the car through all of their diagnostics and having it come back clean. They thought that a Fuel and Air Induction treatment would resolve the issue. It didn't but the car did run smoother. I informed Service that the problem was still there and scheduled a new appointment. With the help of the master tech Bobby, they found that the idle was running an almost imperceptible 100-200rpm above normal. This is what I thought was a sticky accelerator. They cleaned the throttle plate but that didn't resolve the problem. They diagnosed this as a computer issue and tried resetting the computer. That didn't work. They found a recent software upgrade to the computer that once applied did the trick. Not only was the car operating normally but my gas mileage has been higher! I can't thank the Partyka service folks - Amanda and Bobby in particular - for not letting this issue go and finally getting it resolved. All of you guys are great and I guarantee I'll be back for your service! More

Before you buy Yesterday 8/16/2018 around 9:30 am I called Chevy Partyka service dept and made em aware that the new 2016 issue truck I purchased was leaking trans Yesterday 8/16/2018 around 9:30 am I called Chevy Partyka service dept and made em aware that the new 2016 issue truck I purchased was leaking transmissions fluid. Although a small amount at present I thought it best to have it looked at. It was nice of you to have me bring it in right away . Thanks for that. But my issue seem to have become more complicate now you see. I came from Bpt and it took a while due to traffic. Then after getting there I was told by a service rep that they were very busy and had no open bays. But he said some how they will get someone to look at it. So I waited about 35 minutes when the service rep came back and told me that they check it and all is fine. That they did not see any issue for me to be concerned about. Well I was very surprise with their results. You see I showed the rep a photo of the dripping stains on my new driveway. You can see in the photo that the dripping fluid on the napkin is pink and purple like in color. But he said they found nothing. So I guess I was wrong. But wait! As I approach my truck in the parking lot where they parked it I notice a dripping stain underneath and when I wipe it with a napkin I took out of your costumer service center I can see that I am right. But why can’t they? So I rush back and ask your service rep to please come and take another look but he said he was very busy. And he was. So I left. Now I’m at home and I’m thinking maybe he was too busy to actually look at my truck at all? Because it is leaving evidence everywhere. So now I’m very worried because this truck is my livelihood. And the truck is under warranty and I believe I’m entitled to a loaner while it is being worked on so I need to find a way to have a representative from the service center team call me and set this up as soon as possible. I don’t want this truck to get worse. So I send a complaint in.by linking to their site on the internet. And now I wait. More

Would never recommend. Have had several less than stellar customer service encounters with this dealership but continue to go back out of pure convenience/proximity. My most recent experience I was not even greeted, not asked why I was there, not asked what services I wanted. All that occurred was being asked to sign a paper full of services I never requested (and that had nothing to do with the reason I was there) or was looking to have done. Beware they will try to add fee generating services to your service and especially are not concerned with your needs. Feel whenever I go there they are not actually listening to me and have to repeat my needs multiple times with increasing forcefulness. More
