"Excellent Experience" I went in to look for something new, seeing as though my current car is on its way out. I wanted something that does well in the snow but is also fun I went in to look for something new, seeing as though my current car is on its way out. I wanted something that does well in the snow but is also fun to drive. I ended up talking with Greg and after only a few cars, got me hooked on the CX-3 Touring. He really knows his stuff and I enjoyed going through the cars with him. He didn't try and oversell anything and understood what I wanted within my price range. Definitely going back there and I highly recommend him if you can work with him. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went in for service on my brand new vehicle and they were very rude to me and the technician was so rude! He did not want to be bothered while on hi I went in for service on my brand new vehicle and they were very rude to me and the technician was so rude! He did not want to be bothered while on his lunch and it showed in the way he got in my vehicle. I feel that this is a very poor technician to have working at your dealership he was not professional and he couldn't fix my problem in a timely manner. This is a brand new car it should not have "electrical problems" the next day after purchase. If I could give no stars I would just because of the one technician and I will probably never come back because of him! More
Horrible lack of communication. Out right joke Make sure you check your numbers fully then double check them. All dealers do this so be aware be involved. But don't waste your time and trust in these guys. Cause if you want answers or questions on "why" Becaue they know what they did is wrong and can't figure a way to make it right. More
Poor-No communication skills at Service Center I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance and dropped my Corvette off at 9:30AM for oil,filter, minor recall and rear fluid change. Called back at I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance and dropped my Corvette off at 9:30AM for oil,filter, minor recall and rear fluid change. Called back at 1:15pm to see if car was ready and was told it was not taken in yet. Totally dissatisfied so I picked up the car at 1:30pm. Service manager stated they were back up. I feel that when you schedule an appointment it should be the responsibility of the service writer to communicate any delays to the customer. What is the point in having an appointment.? All I got out of this was a car that was left outside covered with pollen. I will take my business to another Chevrolet dealer. More
SALES AND SERVICE WERE BOTH EQUALLY BAD I fell in love with the Chevy Equinox and really wanted to purchase the car. Partyka is the closest to my home so I decided to use them. They are lucky I loved the car because the salesperson knew less about the car than I did. I asked about the dash computer and he said it did not come with it at the level I was purchasing, so I pointed down and asked what was that screen for? He knew nothing about the OnStar or any other feature with the 2012. I, regretfully, still purchased the car. When bringing in the car for a routine oil change and tire rotation I waited for 2 hours before asking how my car was doing...they forgot to do it and was sitting in the back. 4 hours and not even a manager to say they were sorry. A year later I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it took 3 hours. Needless to say I took my CHEVY to the FORD dealership up the road for excellent service. More
best car dealer on the map... a sales dream team.. thank you I have had some credit issues as most of us had in the late 2000`s and i wasnt very optimistic about getting a vehicle but i wanted something to make I have had some credit issues as most of us had in the late 2000`s and i wasnt very optimistic about getting a vehicle but i wanted something to make a few dollars with so i stopped in at the end of the year sales of the 14`s going into 15.... i spoke with a gentleman named joel who was extremely knowledgeable about there products and we sat down with steve who is also very knowledgeable... they made me flip my outlook from half empty to half full.... my family has shopped with this company before and i know they had always been happy but they always knew what they wanted and could have gotten it.... well my case wasnt that.... steve and joel went to bat for me over and beyond i have bought several cars/ trucks/ bikes before my credit card issue had happened in my unfortunate situation but i had never experienced a sales "team" who had worked together and had worked for me as these guys have.... i know there were more involved in this process and i would like to thank them also i just do not know all there names.... this by far is the best Chevrolet dealer that i have personally seen up and down the east coast from Florida to Connecticut.... i recommend these guys to anyone... i did not get a truck but i did get to keep my work truck that i currently owned and now i got into a 2011 Cadillac CTS-4 that i can show off on my off days ..... thank you from the bottom of my heart guys.... Also not to forget.... Mr. Lee Partyka you have put together something amazing and i will be coming back for more vehicles in the future More
