After receiving a warm welcome to Hamer Toyota from C.J. we then started to take our first steps into what ended up being the best purchase as newly weds!!! Manny did a tremendously great job into seeing our options on a couple Corolla models even test driving the model/year we desired. Transferring us to their finance department we were met by Frank where he showed us our warranty possibilities and finalized our paperwork. The only glitch we came across was that my mother who would be my co-signer lives in DTLA. Manny then drove our new car with the contract to my mothers house making it possible to finalize the deal(considering that it well passed 7pm). That's where Hamer Toyota and its trustworthy employees went over the edge to emphasize the true soul meaning of customer service! My husband and I would like to thank C.J, Manny and all the Hamer family. A special thanks to Alex Flores for great advice on a old family car we intend to sell to that department.
