Steve Denson was a consummate professional in every aspect of the sales procedures, We were apprised of what to expect, how much, etc etc, and were given time for rebuttal if applicable. The process of purchasing a car is usually arduous and tedious, but Steve and the finance gentleman--(name escapes me but I'm sure you can look that up--he deserves praise as well) made the experience a pleasure, As a Purchasing manager for a major aerospace company in the SFV, this sort of process is not new to me. It was one of the best experiences I have had making a major purchase, or at least one in the 10-20k range. I will recommend Hamer, specifically Steve to anyone who desires a Toyota product.
