All these years my family has owned toyotas we have bought them here and brought them here for service. I remember a few times in the past we were givien rentals from enterprise. Just recently I brought in my prius for a recall and was given another rental. I was so impressed that I no longer need the service from enterrpise because HAMER now has their own rental department. Tracy informed me that she had a few models to choose from. She let me pick a camry to drive. I am excited because I will be looking for a new car in july just in time to give my daughter the prius for college! She also informed me to check back with her soon becasue she might have a new model avalon coming soon. Can't wait, hmmm camry or avalon?????? More

I just want to thank Carlos for taking care of my Camry today. I showed up a little past 5 pm, and told him my sun shade had broken and wanted to get an estimate , and to my surprise after the insiection , today. I had purchased a used 2011 Camry from another dealership. I wasn't 100% satisfied. I ran across an ad for a car with Hamer that caught my attention. Turns out they took in my recently purchased c dealership. I wasn't 100% satisfied. I ran across an ad for a car with Hamer that caught my attention. Turns out they took in my recently purchased car for a great price and worked ever so diligently to get me the best price possible on a newer model. It had a lot more of the "bells and whistles" The interior was gorgeous! I am so happy with my purchase. I am so glad I went in to the office. They were extremely patient in explaining the lease options, something I was unfamiliar with. From the receptionist, sales agents to the loan dept. all the way through to the loan docs representatives the service could not have been more exceptional. I am now officially a Hamer Toyota customer for life! More

Excellent service at a very fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended. I was so bummed out when I took my car in for a diagnostic at the local mechanic shop which I have been going to for years. They Highly recommended. I was so bummed out when I took my car in for a diagnostic at the local mechanic shop which I have been going to for years. They told me my car was having transmission issues. I decided to shop around and get a few more quotes since I was kind of tired of using the same old mechanic shop. They would keep my car for days! Which is not ideal since I drive all the time and need my vehicle. Hammer Toyota was my last stop, usually I wouldn't trust going to a dealership for service work, I have always been scared of their pricing. I ended up working with George Boktor, who quoted me a fair price. He made me decide to leave my car in their hands, but its the great customer service and excellent quality of work that persuaded me to recommend these guys to others. To make a long story short, they had to take my transmission apart and rebuild it with a couple of new parts. Pretty big job, but my car was ready on the day and time promised which was what was so important to me... I was so pleased with George's attentiveness and ability to ease my mind when I was unsure of trusting the dealership. They sure turned my transmission headache into a pleasant experience. Thanks Hamer Toyota for the great job! I will probably be coming in next year for a upgrade! :) More
