Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Scheduled for Sept 1st because I needed a loaner and I was told no loaner until then and that techs were on vacation. That was fine. Went to drop off and no one knew I needed a loaner. Told it would be about 3 days...then no phone call to let me know what was happening. Apparently issues with the internet at dealership...which happens,but as a business you need to figure that out and still find a way for calls to be answered. Instead of me calling multiple times, texting and leaving voice nails with no response. Finally got through because I called sister dealership. Told ready for that Saturday. Went to puckup..... not ready. Which was not communicated until I got there to pickup car. Told definitely ready for Tuesday morning, not done until Tuesday night. Pickup car and the original problem is still not fixed despite spending 1g on a new camera. Had to return car. Again I called next day and no one called me back for 24 hours. Told to drop off again and arranged next day drop off. Get to dealership and was told drop was for the following tuesday not that day (Friday). Given loaner and told I would be contacted later that day...in fact I was not. I texted to see what was happening since phone calls again not answered. No one got back to me until the following tuesday. Then to find put it was a 67 dollar part. More

Came for electrical issues and technician could not find the solution. He ordered the amplifier to replace it and will try it.
