I made an appointment two weeks prior to schedule date. Left my car in the morning for service on scheduled appointments. Received no updates until that evening. I called for the status. I was informed that technician needs more time for repair and needed to leave my car overnight that I did. Next day same thing happened. No update until Friday evening. I called them and they said I have to leave my car for the weekend. I needed my car for the weekends. So I have to take my car without service and ruined my couple of days. Communication is very poor at this Hamilton Mazda dealership. Also didn't offer a loaner car either. Very poor customer service!!!!!??
