We brought our car in for a check around oil, as the lamp went on. As usual, we walked out with a 2000 USD bill after many repairs and changes get sold to us as critical. Also, it took at least a day longer went on. As usual, we walked out with a 2000 USD bill after many repairs and changes get sold to us as critical. Also, it took at least a day longer than communicated. We did have a loaner - so that was fine. At the end of the it is the fact that there are no price lists for repairs, no clarity what is really needed when and when the next change is needed. As such, one feels completely at the mercy of the dealership which always oversells you. Not great More
