Brand-new vehicle (8,860 miles). Repaired on July 27th for a check engine light (EVAP canister/valve replaced), the light came back on two days later, on July 29th. Upon returning to the dealership on the 29th, the master technician was unavailable, and the diagnostic scan confirmed the brand-new part had already failed. > Despite informing them that I am leaving for a family road trip next week, the dealership refused to offer me a loaner vehicle until next Monday, leaving me completely stuck with no solution. Unacceptable customer service for a new car under full warranty. More
