Mike was extremely helpful during this entire process, from the initial phone call to signing the paperwork. Since this was my first time purchasing a car, Mike was patient, and I never felt rushed into from the initial phone call to signing the paperwork. Since this was my first time purchasing a car, Mike was patient, and I never felt rushed into a decision. He made the negotiations straightforward and efficient; I was able to complete my negotiations before stepping into the dealership. When I decided to purchase my car, Mike streamlined the process; I was able to have everything prepared, so I only spent 1 hour at the dealership. Most of my time at the dealership was spent with Mike helping me set up safety features so I could feel safe and confident driving alone. He also helped me set up the corresponding app and audio preferences, which would have taken me triple the time if I were to attempt it by myself. More
