Very clean and welcoming. Our salesman wasn't pushy and negotiated a price that was to our liking. Our CX-5 was ready for pickup as we were told. It looked beautiful after being cleaned, but up close on the front bumper had several service scratches; I don’t know how or where they came from, but they took it to the body shop immediately, buffed them out, and we were happy. Overall, it’s a good dealership, and I would recommend Mazda of Hamilton to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. More
