I usually dread the whole car buying experience, but Neal Simon made it an easy and pleasant one. No games, no pressure, and total transparency from start to finish. He was welcoming, accommodating, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient and, after the transaction concluded, took the time to make sure I was familiar and comfortable with every feature of the car before I drove off the lot.
