I have had several problems with my CX 90 since I bought it in January 2025. The brakes squeaked immediately upon my purchase, and then I had also received quite a few emergency pop-up messages, due to the it in January 2025. Overall, I am not terribly pleased that I had so many issues to contend with in a new car (this is the whole reason I bought a new car), but I bought it from a different Mazda dealership, and Ryan and others have always been super helpful at Hamilton. I made an appointment two weeks prior to schedule date. Left my car in the morning for service on scheduled appointments. Received no updates until that evening. I called for the status. I was informed that technician needs more time for repair and needed to leave my car overnight that I did. Next day same thing happened. No update until Friday evening. I called them and they said I have to leave my car for the weekend. I needed my car for the weekends. So I have to take my car without service and ruined my couple of days. Communication is very poor at this Hamilton Mazda dealership. Also didn't offer a loaner car either. Very poor customer service!!!!!?? More

He answered my questions thoroughly in language I understood, kept communication clear, and made sure everything was handled efficiently on the day of the sale.
