Personal interaction has been de-prioritized at this dealership in lieu of revenue. They have a person harass you to get your car serviced despite the fact that the car monitors and notifies you, they s dealership in lieu of revenue. They have a person harass you to get your car serviced despite the fact that the car monitors and notifies you, they sell your information to third parties so I'm now getting spam emails, they force you into SMS communication, and their assessment of your car is designed to be all electronic with no human interaction. When I'm paying over $1k I would think they could take the time to speak with you personally. Ive been using this family of dealerships for years and at the point where I will only go to them due to sheer proximity alone. One positive is the did automatically apply a small discount on my last svc based on a special they were running. More

I felt the dealership was welcoming, and wasn’t pressuring on making sight decision compared to other dealerships.
