A great car buying experience, which is truly saying something. To say I was not thrilled about buying a new car is an understatement: I'd had enough painful encounters to dread shopping for a car. Ha something. To say I was not thrilled about buying a new car is an understatement: I'd had enough painful encounters to dread shopping for a car. Hamilton Mazda, and, particularly our salesman, Michael Wills, have really altered my perception of the car buying experience. Hamilton and Michael were wonderful, as was Alex. They were great from our first communication through until now. What I found best is Michael's willingness to listen to our needs and concerns, and tailor a purchase that best suited our situation. He took time to compare vehicles and features, and would clarify any questions we had. His follow up has been amazing: checking in to be sure everything is ok, but without being intrusive about it. The car was delivered cleaned and ready to go, and, before we left the dealership, we got a thorough tutorial from Michael, who, we thought, went above and beyond what he was required to do. Altogether, a wonderful buying experience. More
