Brought my CX-30 in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a issue with one wheel lock that got stripped with the air wrench. The dealer fixed it and gave me new locks at no charge. I had been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new cx-50s and stopped in to Hamilton Mazda because I was in the area (not usual) and wanted to test drive. I was introduced to Marlon and since Covid pr cx-50s and stopped in to Hamilton Mazda because I was in the area (not usual) and wanted to test drive. I was introduced to Marlon and since Covid precautions were still in place, I went on a drive by myself. Marlon was helpful with the features at the different levels of the cx-50. MONTHS later, Marlon texted me a model that fit my goals. Both Hamilton's selection of vehicles and ease of purchase made it an easy decision to drive outside the range of 3 other dealers to buy our new car at Hamilton.
