We recently had our 2018 Mazda CX5 in for an oil leak. Unfortunately the vehicle required a new head for the motor. Benito or service manager was incredible. Before I could even ask any questions, Benito let me know that he had a loaner car available for me to use. Benito was courteous and professional throughout the entire repair. He commented with me weekly keeping me posted on the progress of the repair. This is our second Mazda CX 5. I also have a 2014 CX 5 which we love. The customer service at this dealership is superb, from Neil who sold us the car to Benito who has taken care of us through this warranty process. Hats off to this team and how they represent your brand. This is why I will continue purchasing Mazda's from this dealership. We have two Mazda's parked in our driveway all the time. I have had several friends and family say to me "You really like your Mazda's". I tell them why we like the brand and especially how the team at the dealership takes care of us.
