We had an incredibly smooth and happy experience buying our new Mazda CX-5 from Hamilton Mazda, a dealership with which we were not familiar since it was an hour away from us. We had the pleasure of workin our new Mazda CX-5 from Hamilton Mazda, a dealership with which we were not familiar since it was an hour away from us. We had the pleasure of working with Neal Simon, who was knowledgeable and very customer-service driven with an easy going style. He was always quick to respond to any text or e-mails I sent, and he did a first-rate job of demonstrating the many amazing features of our car. Since it had been 5 years since we last purchased a car, it was important for me to have someone who could demo the many advances in a way that I could quickly comprehend. Despite all the great videos on the internet, I like to experience features firsthand when making such a large purchase. The woman ( I am blanking on her name) in the business office also did a great job of handling the transaction. It was an outstanding experience all around! More
