I was the first person in for an oil change. I waited an hour and a half only to be told that I had been texted for permission to proceed with extra work. I was not texted. I was emailed about 3 I waited an hour and a half only to be told that I had been texted for permission to proceed with extra work. I was not texted. I was emailed about 30 minutes prior to me checking in at the front desk to ask when my car would be ready. I did not see the email until that evening.. Benito was insistent that he had texted me even though I showed him my text messages. I mentioned that I was sitting just a few feet away and when I hadn’t replied, he could have come over and actually spoken to me. I did not have the extra work done. I won’t be returning. More
