On Saturday, I picked up my 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo and I can with 100% honesty say the process was actually enjoyable. Through a friend, I was able to utilize E-Plan pricing so I didn’t have to haggle or negotiate. Every single bit of information needed was handled ahead of time through text messages and email. I quite literally walked into the dealership, took the car for a quick test drive, and once I got back was immediately taken to the finance office where Tina had all the paperwork on her desk waiting for me. She was friendly, low pressure, and the process went smoothly: I signed, she ran my credit card for the down payment, and it was done. I was there for less than half an hour, after I took delivery and had a brief run through of the car. I have had more trouble buying dress pants at the mall than buying this car. My salesman, Marlon, was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and even though I live well over an hour away from Hamilton I would 100% consider them again when I’m ready for another vehicle. 10/10, perfect experience.
