They made some errors in the calculations more than a couple of times. At one point they actually gave me couple of hundreds less than what was decided but I pointed that out to them. I ended up paying e couple of times. At one point they actually gave me couple of hundreds less than what was decided but I pointed that out to them. I ended up paying excess and resigned part of the paper work 3 times. They could have easily let go of those couple hundred. The negotiation was not very pleasant experience either. They also said they were not bound to honor the price shown by truecar's website. Overall okish experience More

I like working with Brian because I didn’t feel pressured at any point to buy a car or a car I didn’t want. I went to Brian last year and ultimately didn’t get a car so I was pleased to work with him again t at any point to buy a car or a car I didn’t want. I appreciate the Hamilton Mazda team for working with me on the financing process since I bought my car over a holiday weekend and banks were closed. It was fast and efficient. I do like the videos they send you. Only reason why I didn't give five stars is because I feel like there should be a way for each dealership to see I do like the videos they send you.
