Recently I have had both routine and warranty service performed on my vehicle. I write this email to you to share and show my appreciation for the professionalism, courtesy and great service afforded me on every visit to Hamilton Mazda. Mr Rutherford and Anes always treat me as a valued customer and I leave feeling satisfied that I have been treated fairly and driving a safe well maintained vehicle. Why the glowing praise for your establishment? I purchased my first Mazda, a 626 in 1987, from a dealer in another area. Without going into any detail, I was not treated as a valued customer and was nickle and dimed at every service at a time when resources were low. It gave me a bad taste for service departments from then on. Hamilton Mazda has changed that perception and I thank the Management, Mr. Rutherford and Anes for setting a high bar. More

This was my first car purchase without the help of my family and i feel very confident in my decision. Like any good car buyer, i cross-shopped and made sure i was getting the best deal possible and Zack absolutely helped to ensure that. He was able to have my car delivered very quickly and ensure I was in and out the door at pick up in under an hour. He is a car enthusiast and is a very knowledgeable professional guy. I had a couple of cars I was interested in and my sales rep, Marlon, could not have been more helpful. He went over various options with me, both new and pre-owned. He listened to what I was looking for and kept me with in my budget. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into a more expensive car or unnecessary upgrades (as I have felt at other places before). I feel I got just the right car for me! More

The problem has been improved, but is still not perfect though I’m unwilling to go through the ordeal again. I’ll be looking for another dealer to service my vehicles in the future. More

No pressure and we took a 20 minute test drive, I picked Mazda because it was the best experience ever by any salesperson I have dealt with. he didn't forget me after and has called me 3 times to see if I had questions, I even returned and went over the vehicle again with Mike. You want someone cares about you and not just a sale ask for Mike Wills you will not be disappointed.. More
