Service Manager The service manager called to provide an estimate for scheduled maintenance on my mazda 6. I was shocked at the pricing he quoted and reacted surprise The service manager called to provide an estimate for scheduled maintenance on my mazda 6. I was shocked at the pricing he quoted and reacted surprised. He quickly dismissed me and only an oil change was completed. When I picked up the car, he had comments that the client refused service stating " she said it was ridiculous". That is ok to place the comment, but then also document the prices that were quoted. Also when I dropped off the car the woman at the desk was pretty grumpy and said I did not have an appt. She did find the folder eventually, but scolded me for bringing in the car too early. I explained this was when I could get a ride. It was pretty uncomfortable all around. It used to be a friendly place More
