Email sent out with time of appointment was sent under the wrong time zone. I tried to call to say I would be 10 minutes late due to traffic and no one answered the phone. I drove 40 minutes and had to re the wrong time zone. I tried to call to say I would be 10 minutes late due to traffic and no one answered the phone. I drove 40 minutes and had to reschedule because the appointment was at 1 not 4. The appointment I rescheduled with I had to fight to not be double charged. I booked for and oil change and tire rotation for 99.90 and was told I had to pay for tire rotation in addition. I had to explain the package to staff. More
