We are gonna come into the Hamilton New Jersey Mazda for the last 10 to 12 years for our first CX five there couple years later we upgraded to another CX five. When I went in for an oil change that I was waiting for I asked the girl at the desk about how long she said about an hour. It then took 2 hours and 45 mins to just have an oil change. When I went up to the desk to get an estimate of how much longer they told me they were waiting on me to respond to the email on the recommendation for repairs. I asked them I would have assumed since I was sitting in the waiting area someone would have come out and spoke about the recommend repairs and then say oh by the way we are sending you an email please check off yes or no instead of saying it’s my responsibility to check my emails and respond. Not sure why you need 3 people working a service desk if your job isn’t to talk to the customers. More
