Back in 2009, I purchased a used Mazda from an out of state dealer that needed transmission work and brought it to Hamilton Mazda. I brought my vehicle in for some maintenance service recently, oil change, tire rotation, air filter and transmission flush. The service manager Felipe was very nice and explained everything that they did to my vehicle, they also performed a full inspection to ensure my vehicle is in good condition. When I picked up my car after a scheduled maintenance, I was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. When I asked about what was done, I was handed a photocopy of the "Service Recommendations" without any explanation. I am not the best judge of the quality of the work, but the people skills of this place needs a little more work. More
