The service manager refuses to acknowledge this breach of contract,instead calling it a courtesy. I'd be careful doing business with any company that dies not honor their commitments. More

Recall and tire pressure light on I received a notice regarding a recall due to faulty software that could affect the engine and cause stalling. I had no trouble getting the appointmen I received a notice regarding a recall due to faulty software that could affect the engine and cause stalling. I had no trouble getting the appointment in a timely manner the woman who answered the phone was highly professional and the young woman at the help desk with able to confirm my appointment with no errors. On the day of my appointment I did not have to wait to be waited upon and my car service took only one hour including a nice wash. My service technician was top-notch and very attentive and make sure that I knew the progress on my car's work all throughout my visit. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful and acted as if they were really happy to be at work that . I always enjoy my visits there I would recommend highly to others. More
