The employees in the service area are always helpful. This includes the Service Writers to the Service Manager and the Technicians, they all do a GREAT JOB!! My 1st Service appointment I had the following issues: Apple Car play can't be connected and auto door lock sometimes works and sometimes not. The service dept. tried to addres I had the following issues: Apple Car play can't be connected and auto door lock sometimes works and sometimes not. The service dept. tried to address the issue with Apple CarPlay with no success and told me to go to Apple. I thought this was not a satisfactory option for me. I purchased the brand new car just 4 months ago and the service dept did not have expertise to address the issue. This was my first service appointment. I was not satisfied at all. If they wanted 5 star rating, they should have called Apple and try to resolve the issue. The salesperson, Brian Harris was very kind and also tried to resolve the issue spending lots of time with no success. Now the other issue: When the car was returned to me after service, I asked Ryan (Representative) if the car auto lock issue was resolved. He said he forgot to do this and offered if I wanted wait more then they can look at this. I was shocked with his response, because he took notes about both the issues I spoke to him at the beginning. Anyway, I am very disappointed with their service and will not recommend to anyone. More
