They made a mistake but then made it right. The part for our repair was delayed, and we didn’t get a phone call because the service coordinator was out sick. So when I showed up to pick up the car, it wasn’t done. But the service manager Ryan sprang into action. He learned the part was still two days away, so he had a duplicate FedEx’ed to save a day.
