Hamilton Mazda - Service Center

I brought my mazda 3 hatchback in for service about 1 wk ago. I thought tire pressure was supposed to be checked. I don't think that it was checked because now all 4 tires are below proper tire pressure. Ki ago. I thought tire pressure was supposed to be checked.
