I was the first person in for an oil change. I waited an hour and a half only to be told that I had been texted for permission to proceed with extra work. I was not texted. I was emailed about 30 minutes prior to me checking in at the front desk to ask when my car would be ready. I did not see the email until that evening.. Benito was insistent that he had texted me even though I showed him my text messages. I mentioned that I was sitting just a few feet away and when I hadn’t replied, he could have come over and actually spoken to me. I did not have the extra work done. I won’t be returning. More

I was sort of surprised that I waited for a schedule appointment for 2 hours. Car just needed tires rotated and a new battery. Hence, I told the dealer 3x I want a new battery installed. We are gonna come into the Hamilton New Jersey Mazda for the last 10 to 12 years for our first CX five there couple years later we upgraded to another CX five. Currently still with that same CX five for 10 the last 10 to 12 years for our first CX five there couple years later we upgraded to another CX five. When I went in for an oil change that I was waiting for I asked the girl at the desk about how long she said about an hour. It then took 2 hours and 45 mins to just have an oil change. When I went up to the desk to get an estimate of how much longer they told me they were waiting on me to respond to the email on the recommendation for repairs. I asked them I would have assumed since I was sitting in the waiting area someone would have come out and spoke about the recommend repairs and then say oh by the way we are sending you an email please check off yes or no instead of saying it’s my responsibility to check my emails and respond. Not sure why you need 3 people working a service desk if your job isn’t to talk to the customers. More
