Very disappointed with the service. I had my sunroof exploded outwards while driving on highway, even though it was confined by service manager it was caused by pressure changes and poo I had my sunroof exploded outwards while driving on highway, even though it was confined by service manager it was caused by pressure changes and poor engineering I had not received any help with cleaning it and securing roof from water leakage. Driving with shattered glass on my roof is serious safety issues but I was denied courtesy car. Looks like company have 0 concerns about safety of its costumers and other people on the road. Despite of being a design flaw and not some external issue I had to pay $600 to have it fixed! Poor costumer service experience, never purchase Mazda again in my life! More

This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. There was no inspection report provided. The service agent could not find my key when I came to pick up the car.
