The Service manager did a great job helping us. However, for a car with less than 15,000 miles there is zero reason that there should be a brake problem that I was charged for. So Mazda themselves However, for a car with less than 15,000 miles there is zero reason that there should be a brake problem that I was charged for. So Mazda themselves should be responsible for this and not me and not the service center. So as far as that goes, I’m extremely unhappy and Mazda should be reimbursing. But the service people were extremely helpful to us. More

Even though I have some reservations about the Mazda 3 in regards to the sensitivity to the ride over non smoothed roadways and the gas mileage, I am very pleased with its performance.
