The entire process was excellent. .. until the end. The service staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process until it came time to pick up my car. The service staff stated I owed $128 for something that was supposed to be covered under warranty. This charge was never discussed with me or signed off by me. After fighting it, I was able to right the issue and not pay for this phantom charge, but the fact that all three service reps synced their stories and said I signed off on such a charge when I never did and never spoke to the tech live (was updated so through text) was very disheartening. Won't be going back ever again. More
