The employees at the front desk make you feel uncomfortable like you are bothering them that you walked in. When I walked in for an oil change they Said sorry we can not do today and when I to uncomfortable like you are bothering them that you walked in. When I walked in for an oil change they Said sorry we can not do today and when I told them I called to make an appt the rep told me to just walk in. She seemed bothered so I asked for the mgr who said he would do it but not in a tone that made me feel comfortable Takes a month to get a loaner and when I leased the car they offered the service like it was easy The rep who makes the follow up appt acted the same way like your bothering her and when I asked questions about an issue I had she told me to do to the website to find the answer I enjoy my car but if Volkswagen trains their employees ti act like that I rather purchase another model More

Pete guided me through the trade-in of my 2008 VW Passat and the purchase of a certified pre-owned 2019 VW Tiguan. Also, I left some CDs in the player of my trade-in and Pete was able to get them back for m and the purchase of a certified pre-owned 2019 VW Tiguan. I was stranded on the highway and barely made it to the dealership in Hamilton, New Jersey. They were so sympathetic and understanding, so kind and understood that I had to get to Connecticut for my sick d dealership in Hamilton, New Jersey.
