He said Morris was very knowledgeable and helpful. So I went myself and met with Morris. I felt so comfortable and wasn't as nervous about trading in my car and buying the 2019 Tiguan. Good experience even though the problem isn't fixed I brought my Sportwagen in because the switch on the steering wheel that controls tuning the radio stopped working. They were courteous and prompt with diagnosing that it was indeed a broken switch, but the repair cost (mostly for the part) made it too expensive to be worth fixing.
