But when I got to Hamilton, it turned out I'd made a reservation for the following Saturday--I I made an online appointment to have my Atlas serviced. But when I got to Hamilton, it turned out I'd made a reservation for the following Saturday--I had got the date wrong. I was in a bit of a pickle because my mileage was creeping beyond the recommended service mileage and I was really eager to get it done. To her credit, Virginia Polozzi got my car into the shop and squeezed it into the schedule on a very busy Saturday morning. It was done within an hour and I was extremely grateful. Great service. Quick and painless - thank you Morris! I’ve always found buying a car to be a painful process. The dealer isn’t always transparent, often keeps you waiting, and if/when you do purchase a ca I’ve always found buying a car to be a painful process. The dealer isn’t always transparent, often keeps you waiting, and if/when you do purchase a car, they try to add every extra warranty and option so the price is considerably higher. Not so at Hamilton VW. When I went into Hamilton VW, I met Morris, who gave me a great price on a 2017 Golf for my daughter upfront, and answered all my questions. I didn’t buy the car right away, and Morris appropriately followed up, and did not harass me (take note other dealers). I did my research, test drove the car a couple of times and was ready to buy the car. Hamilton VW was fair on price and once agreed, I was out of there in less than an hour and without all the useless add ons. If you want a VW, and a pleasant, straight-forward process, I recommend contacting Morris at Hamilton VW. More
