I made an online inquiry and Sohail responded within minutes. After a few back and forth emails, including his sharing the full "out the door" cost, I scheduled a test drive the following morning. Sohail greeted me when I entered the dealership, had the car gassed and ready to go, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. I took the car for a quick test drive and confirmed my interest in it later that day at the listed "internet price" After confirming the sale, I sent Sohail a few documents that resulted in a very quick and efficient visit to the dealership the following day. The Jetta had been washed, vacuumed and was ready to go. In sum, in less than 48 hours, I had found a car to test drive, driven it, been given what I thought was a fair price to purchase, and was out the door with the keys in my hand.
