Had a great experience! Fastest car deal I had ever made! Once me and my wife decided to go for a new car, we were referred by a friend to Hamilton VW. Initial conversations were with Kevin Zanoni, New and Used Car Manager. He was able to answer all our questions and was very honest with all the terms and numbers. After lot of emails, we had made our decision to Visit the showroom and proceed on next steps. We were assisted by Rick Valnoski, He provided all information regarding the car we were looking for and helped with the numbers and helped arrived at the final figures. He was very experienced , knowledgeable and easy to work with. After a quick test ride and agreement on the deal, we worked with Jim Ferry, the finance manager. He had all the paper work ready and took less than 30 min for the overall process and sign off before we got the key. We got into the dealership around 12:30 and left by 4:00 pm.
