I came in around 3pm, told my sales rep Pete what I wanted, he immediately pulled a key for me to take the car myself to test drive. I loved the car, came back and only took about 20 minutes of questions and negotiations and I was DONE. They were accomodating to have me come back the next day to sign all the paperwork so I didn't have to wait while they prepared it. Easiest car buying experience I've had.Please see Pete - he rocks! I leased a 2015 GTI and am extremely pleased with the vehicle. Even more so I can't say enough positive things about Pete Capriotti. We came to contract terms over several emails and phone conversations. Although I am sure Pete had other customers he was always very prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. The next day when I arrived at the dealership, not only was the car ready, but after Pete gave me the entire rundown of the car's features, Danielle Dunn (Finance manager) was waiting for me to complete all the necessary paperwork. The whole process took 30 minutes and not a minute more. I highly recommend Hamilton VW and will never look for another dealership again for my car buying/leasing needs!!!! More

Above and beyond! I brought my Routan in with 38,000 miles on it - 2k miles above the warranty limit. As it turned out, the air conditioner needed almost a thousand dol I brought my Routan in with 38,000 miles on it - 2k miles above the warranty limit. As it turned out, the air conditioner needed almost a thousand dollars of work. I was very angry that the car would need such a large amount of work done after so few miles. I expressed how upset I was to Tom in service and he replied by calling VW and getting a good faith warranty extended to me that would cover the cost in its entirety. This is just typical of the service I've always gotten at this location. They always do all they can to make sure you're happy. No matter what it takes. More
