We visited other places where we were ignored and after 20 minutes we just left (too bad we cannot name names!) Such a great experience here! Peter answered to all the questions we had about the car we were going to get for our son. He was nice, friendly and not pushy at all. He was patient and also funny! We are not fans of visiting dealers but we have to say that he made everything easy and painless. He took care of all the paperwork in a jiffy. He trusted us to road test the car by ourselves, no problems! He followed up with us few days later. Nice job! Grazie Peter! You are the best. Jonathan Macres, who took care of the second part of the deal (warranty and signatures....) was also very nice, professional and extremely polite. He explained the advantages of getting additional warranties tailored to the type of car we were getting. He answered all our questions without problem and always with a smile. She was friendly, extremely helpful and patient; We were there more than an hour and a half past the time of the dealership closing but she never rushed the process along or made us feel like we were taking too much time. The test drive was long and it helped to get a good sense of the SUV (other dealerships barely let me test drive a model, the test drive at Hamilton VW Mazda was the ideal length). She was able to answer any and all questions we had and was very fair and helpful when negotiating the price and determining which pay plan, extras, etc. to go with. As a 25 year old female, it was very relaxing and pleasant not being pressured, rushed or having a sense of being "played" by a salesman. Danielle made my first time shopping experience an enjoyable one.
