Ginny has been my service representative and she has been amazing!! Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! I have had my 2019 VW Atlas serviced several times here and every time has been great! The last service I had was a valve cover gasket replacement. I was told the job would take a few days due to other work ahead of me but to my surprise the repair was done later that day! Bought a car from another dealer that didn’t include the key to the wheel locks. I only found this out after needing a new tire and not being able to get my wheel off! Hamilton VW was able to squeeze me in, key to the wheel locks. I only found this out after needing a new tire and not being able to get my wheel off! I really appreciated them getting me in and out even though they had a line of cars to work on! More

Hamilton VW wasn’t a good experience at all. Everyone from the salesman, to the sales mgr, to the finance person came across as dishonest. When I asked the sales manager he reacted frustrated and threatened to not sell me the car. I have purchased more than 20 cars over the years and have never felt so mislead and uncomfortable with the people I felt with at Hamilton VW. More
