Hampstead Pre-Owned

My experience with Hampstead was wonderful. The entire staff was very pleasant. My 8 passenger van have the lowest miles I’ve ever seen to be Pre Owned. Great car buying experience! Sierra was very helpful trying to find what I was looking for. She was very patient with me while I tried to find a car I wanted and we needed to find one that I could get w trying to find what I was looking for. Found a used Honda CR-V and I will say these guys do things the “right” way. On initial test drive the car had just come in and it needed some tweaks. I was happy that they did their due diligence and h things the “right” way. On initial test drive the car had just come in and it needed some tweaks. I was happy that they did their due diligence and handled everything that needed to be done, for the CR-V it needed a new transfer case and they put a new one in now questions asked. Dare I say, but other dealerships might try to put a patch on that repair rather than spending the money to do the work right. I will say though I did have to go back after getting the car but again all repairs were covered, I needed a new actuator for the door lock and a new serpentine belt. Would have been better obviously if this was done while it was there. I will recommend this dealership to others for sure.
