We used Hampstead Pre-Owned to purchase a third car for our family to save on fuel purchases. We were referred by a friend that made a similar purchase as we both live in norther harford county/southern PA our family to save on fuel purchases. We were referred by a friend that made a similar purchase as we both live in norther harford county/southern PA and drive to Baltimore county for work. The trip to Hampstead was long but proved to be worth it. We had found a vehicle online that sparked our interest and had been contacted quickly via text message to see if we wanted to schedule an appointment. When we arrived for our appointment the car that we were interested was unfortunately not on the lot but the staff worked quickly to have it delivered, we were able to take it for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. Buying the car was a seamless and fair operation. Time constraints due to my work schedule and having a restless 2 year old on board prevented us from taking our new vehicle home that afternoon as the staff was replacing the tires and completing the MD state inspection. I ended up having to leave so I could head home to get ready for night shift. The staff provided my husband with a loaner vehicle so he could get home to be with our child. We will be recommending Hampstead Pre-Owned to any friends and family that are in need of a reliable and fairly priced pre-owned vehicle. The staff was polite and went above and beyond to accommodate our family, everyone was very patient and understanding with my wild toddler which was definitely an added bonus! More
