To put it simply, Todd Starks is one of the best sale I have been a Quality Manager for 23 years and have worked with literally thousands of vendors. To put it simply, Todd Starks is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. My wife and I can be somewhat demanding when making large purchases, but throughout the whole process, Todd was excellent.
