Amazing service Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I new how to maneuver the ins and outs of my "Vinny Venza" before I left the lot. There was a painting issue that she tried to rectify in a timely fashion but between the weather and the painters, it was completely out of her control. Once she was able to get it taken care of, not only was it rectified but she was able to have it washed upon return! Talk about going the extra mile!!! She even came to my city to pick up my car AND brought it back to me!!!! Every question we had was answered. What really made us happy was the fact that she physically went around the vehicle and searched for ANY--and I mean ANY--bumps, dents, scratches, or other issues that may have been on the vehicle to make sure it was in pristine condition. She must've walked around my car about 5 times!!! Lol! Tyler was absolutely amazing! SHE'S the reason Hampton Has It.....because they have HER!!!!! More

She even responded to my texts and emails on her day off! Throughout the process, I was kind of a demanding customer, but she was very accommodating to all my needs. I think the most helpful aspect was when she texted me close up pictures of the car I was interested in which was awesome, because I am in a different city. Overall I would definitely recommend car shopping at Hampton Toyota. Not only is their customer service great, but they price their cars very aggressively to beat out the competition. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I traveled from Houston to buy an FJ Cruiser from Hampton Toyota. Before coming over to personally inspect the vehicle I called Todd Starks and asked I traveled from Houston to buy an FJ Cruiser from Hampton Toyota. Before coming over to personally inspect the vehicle I called Todd Starks and asked for pictures. Todd quickly sent over plenty of high quality pics. Todd also answered all of my other questions about the vehicle. Todd was there to greet me when I arrived and I was shocked to find the vehicle exactly as Todd described it. In my experience most sales guys and individuals owners will tell you anything to get you on the lot. Todd is definitely a rare find. I really can't say enough good things about Todd and Robie(this was the internet sales manager that was also involved in the sale). This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had! Pleasant Experience We were very pleased with our sales experience at Hampton Toyota. Michelen Segura was nice to deal with, she wasn't pushy and answered or got answers all our questions. We also enjoyed our time with Charles Boatmon, who did our paperwork. He was very nice, very professional in explaining everything to us. Michelen fulfilled everything she said she would in the delivery of our vehicle. Another employee was also instrumental in making our experience extra special. When picking up our car, I mentioned to Michelen that I had lost a gold wedding band under the drivers seat of our trade-in. I told her that we had tried everything to get the ring out...but that if one of the service people could remove the seat and return it to me, I would reward them with $100. We left the dealership and within 45 minutes, Michelen called us and told us that the ring had been retrieved. We returned to the dealership where she introduced us to a young man, Michael Jankuski, who had gotten the ring out. We tried to give him the $100 as promised, but he refused, insisting he was just doing the right thing. That was way above and beyond the call...we will not forget it. We would consider Hampton Toyota when purchasing another vehicle. More
