"Service dept is possibly worse I have dealt with"

- Miserable service

If not for Jamie and Tosha I would trade my car at another dealership just not to have to deal with service dept. Oh and don’t try to reach Mr Hampton himself because your call is re-routed to someone else. Thank you Jamie and Tosha but I do t find it funny when sold something and service dept finds it comical and tells you “they tell everyone that” but this isn’t covered. And for God’s sakes don’t ask for a little help when you are in a bind even if it is medical. Again, Jamie and Tosha are WONDERFUL I just wish Mr Hampton would return his calls himself so he can hear the good and bad. Service finds customer misleading is just so funny. BLESS YOU JAMIE AND TOSHA. I’m sorry you have to answer for everything. Mr Hampton should hear from customers himself.

"It was horrible!!"

I will never go back I brought my truck in for noise under the hood and a rattle in the dash not sure if it is fixed because I never took it off the lot. I had went 3 previous time sbecause they said it was ready and they didn’t do xxxx. But scratched my dash board so they said they would fix it. Instead of putting a new dash board they SPRAY PAINTED MY DASH to try to cover the scratches. I have over spray all over inside my truck and they will not give me a rental. Because the truck is safe to drive which I understand that but I didn’t bring my truck in the shop spray painted. I have enough I have no help from no one. I had called them back serval times either that person wasn’t in the office and with a customer. I called them and told them I was someone else they connected me right away. They want to get mad at me but i didn’t spray paint it they did and they think it’s okay to did that to someone’s vehicle. In the sevice department they are rude. My truck will be in the shop for another 2 weeks for sure unless it’s fixed before. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES OVER HERE!!!!

Taylor, We sincerely apologize for the damage to your dash, and we have been working toward getting it repaired. We fixed several unrelated items at no charge, and we loaned you a rental car for over a week at no charge as well. We understand that our Customer Relations Manager, Tosha Lantier Trahan, informed you of our policies in regards to rentals and why we could not continue providing one to you at no charge. And as Mrs. Trahan stated to you previously, there is absolutely no safety concern with driving your truck. Please feel free to come pick it up if you need and we can call you when parts arrive.

It you are looking to purchase a new vehicle go on out to hampton ask for Brian or Brent . They're first class people at Hampton they were knowledgeable and were very patient with me they were not pushy want to find the vehicle that I really wanted , I'm definitely going to sent people the Hampton. Thank you Brian and Brent for making my experience there at Hampton pleasant.

"Replaced Dashboard"

Cheryl Miller provided excellent service, once again. She is personable and professional and my wife and I enjoy working with her. My only complaint, and this was outside of Cheryl's area of responsibility was that whomever worked on my car smoked while they were in it. I am counting on Hampton Toyota to correct this problem.

"Incredible! I still can't believe I got financed!"

I brought my 2010 Yaris in for service on the morning of Saturday, mY 21, 2016. The battery was dead. While waiting for the service department to perform the necessary repairs, I wandered around the lot just looking at the price of new cars, thinking to myself, I'd better start saving up a down payment NOW if I want to get a new car when I retire. I can't believe these cars cost more than a year's take-home pay! While I was "window shopping", Craig came up to me and offered to run my credit. At first I told him that there was "no way ANYONE was going to approve my credit", as I am heavily in debt due to my medical condition. However, I gave Craig permission to "run my credit". To my utter amazement, he not only came up with financing, but with terms that I simply could NOT SAY NO TO!

"outstanding service "

My ten year old Tacoma truck was bought in Colorado high country. Toyota sent me a recall on the frame of my truck due to rusting caused by the ice melting salt they use up north. Hampton performed $11,000 worth of work to my very used baby. The service shamed what other car companies call service. What Hampton and Toyota did for me was beyond impressive. I love what you do for me Toyota!!!

I BROUGHT IN OUR 2007 RAV4 CAR FOR A RECALL SERVICE. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAD TO BRING MY CAR IN FOR THE RECALL. THE FIRST TIME I BOUGHT IT IN - ALL OF THE PARTS WERE NOT IN. WHEN I RETURNED THE SECOND TIME,I WENT TO THE FRONT AND ADAM APPROCHED ME AND WE STARTED TALKING ABOUT A TRADE-IN. HE WAS NOT PUSHY-VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE KEPT WORKING WITH ME FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.. WE SETTLED ON A PRICE AND I RETURNED AND I GOT OUR NEW 2014 RAV4. I WAS THERE JUST A SHORT TIME. THIS IS THE SECOND RAV 4 WE HAVE BOUGHT FROM HAMPTON TOYOTA.
