Can I give Chance MORE than 5 stars?? Chance made what is usually an experience worse than undergoing root canal (buying a new car) into the best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. He is honest, is usually an experience worse than undergoing root canal (buying a new car) into the best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. He is honest, knowledgeable and caring. He followed up with me at every stage of the process and even after I drove off the lot with my fabulous new vehicle, he called to ensure I was happy and if there was anything he could do. I drove more than 4 hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. More

The dealership is like any other car dealership with some annoying salespeople. However we met Mr. Kerry B. His approach to helping with any all all requests and general knowledge of the Toyota line was impr annoying salespeople. However we met Mr. Kerry B. My husband was looking at the Tacoma. He has a 2010 Tundra and was very pleased with it’s reliability. He needed a truck that had better gas mileage. He spoke to Candace Comeaux by phone. She was extre Tundra and was very pleased with it’s reliability. He needed a truck that had better gas mileage. He spoke to Candace Comeaux by phone. She was extremely helpful. So he decided to go to Hampton to look at the Tacomas. Candace was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He ended up buying a 2021 Tacoma with 1000 miles. Candace was extremely helpful. He was very pleased with his new truck. Candace is an asset to Hampton. My son-in-law is thinking about buying a truck. We will recommend Candace. More
